2018

Is your school utopian? What rights do children have? Are their voices heard? Working with school children from both rural and urban schools and a diverse range of economic and cultural backgrounds, this project set out to ask children what they thought a Utopian Future might look like, and how it might be realised through critical pedagogy and child-led teaching. Throughout the workshops, children were given cameras to document their experience and time away from grown-ups to say what they really  thought. The results are on show at Goldsmiths for the duration of the 2018 MFA show.
